Albany Homes provided a very professional finish to my flat and I was extremely impressed. Further, they were accommodating of requests and available at short notice to offer advice and make minor repairs. I would buy again through Albany Homes.

Mr & Mrs Hurd bought their apartment at Forest Lodge as an investment. This is what they said:-

We bought a 1 bedroom apartment in Horsham in December 2003. A lot of thought went into the design of the property. The care that we experienced was good from start to finish and we received very good after sales service. The quality of fitments and fittings is excellent.

I think because Albany Homes are a small company they give you the service that you would expect on buying a property. As everyone knows buying a house is the most expensive thing you will ever buy in your life.

What a pretty house was my first impression when driving past and what a fantastic view! I particularly liked the fact that the new Albany Homes had been designed to blend with the adjacent Victorian homes.

The purchase went smoothly & efficiently, the on site building manager was courteous, helpful and contactable at all times. Overall fixtures & fittings of excellent quality and a very pleasing sound and solid property, built to the highest standards.

I love my home and it's location. The house suits my needs perfectly and is well designed and beautifully light with plenty of space in the garden at the back. Any minor problems were dealt with efficiently and with good humour by Steve, the Site Manager. The price was also very fair, and 4 years and 4 months on, I am a very satisfied customer of Albany Homes.

This was the second house I viewed and it stood out as a superior to all others I looked at. It is not just a bland modern house. The exterior has some character and the interior layout is well thought out. It is obvious that considerable thought went into making the most of a narrow site. I have no regrets about buying the house and feel that I have a real home and not just a place to live.
